Zps Treasury Lead

**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
As a ZPS Treasury Manager, you are a go-to person for all aspects of cash and liquidity management at Zalando Payments (ZPS). Your main responsibilities will be to drive treasury related planning and reporting activities, support incremental reporting demands from internal stakeholders as well as act as a back-up for core treasury activities.

You will play a key role in evolving the reporting environment. You will partner with other stakeholders like Strategic Finance, Product and SAP BI & Analytics to ensure the appropriate reporting design and to provide business driven commentary.

In addition, a big part of your work will be assisting in driving operational efficiency initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues in the Group Treasury, Controlling, Accounting, SAP Technology teams and be involved in cross-functional projects.

As part of the overarching ZPS Finance department, you will foster a collaborative and analytical driven culture, and champion the use of Treasury performance reporting across the ZPS Finance sub-teams.

- Supporting the team with core treasury activities: daily cash management operations, bank connectivity, maintenance of account signatories, administration of access in ERP and online banking.

- Completed university degree (Bachelor, Master) in business administration, finance, economics or any comparable field and 3+ years experience in Treasury or in a similar role.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of process improvement and a proven ability to manage tight deadlines on various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You find purpose in interpreting financial data for decision making purposes, have a high level of self-motivation and would like to widen your experience and knowledge about regulatory implications on cash and liquidity management in the FinTech industry.
