**THE ROLE & THE TEAM**:
Positioned at the bustling intersection of e-commerce and fintech, Zalando Payments enables Zalando’s 50M+ active customers to pay for what they want with security and convenience.
It’s an exciting time to be here and join a product-first company. That’s why we’re looking for a top-notch product analyst to drive product strategy through quantitative acumen, specifically in the areas of pre-order payment checkout and post-order deferred checkout for our BNPL product, including dunning for late payments. **WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**
- You will shape the Analytics Domain for Customer Solutions at Zalando Payments
- You will build and develop the Product Analyst team
- You can incorporate AI capabilities for your domain to increase efficiency and impact
- You will collaborate cross-functionally and proactively with colleagues on product releases and improvements
- You will translate data into recommendations that stakeholders can understand, guiding decision-making and building strategic consensus
- You will plan, execute and analyze A/B tests to measure the impact of changes to the product
- You will define metrics to orient action and track our progress

**WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**
- You are a passionate leader with at least 2 years of experience
- You have driven digital product development through data for several year, with a demonstration of initiative and impact (experience in business intelligence or analytics engineering/data engineering may be considered, so long as some product experience is also present)
- You are able to simplify technical complexity into clear and concise communication with teammates and stakeholders
- You show ownership of what you do, caring about the correctness of your work and keeping tabs on the health of the product domains for which you are responsible
- You are proficient in A/B testing and its statistical foundations
- You possess advanced SQL ability; Python or R knowledge is a plus but not required
- Also nice to have: experience in data models and ETL process creation; experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI etc.
