Das Center Vertrieb betreut die vertrieblichen Strom-, Erdgas-, Wasser-, Media
- und Dienstleistungskunden in und um Hilden, entwickelt weitere Dienstleistungen und Produkte und verantwortet den Energieeinkauf der Stadtwerke Hilden.
Das Team New Business treibt den Ausbau neuer Geschäftsfelder voran. Aufgaben des Teams sind die Entwicklung und der Vertrieb von Produkten und Projekten in den Bereichen Dekarbonisierung, Mobilität und digitale Infrastruktur, zusammen mit internen und externen Partner*innen. Vor dem Hintergrund der kommunalen Wärmeplanung tragen Sie maßgeblich zur lokalen Energiewende in Hilden bei.
Auf Sie warten spannende Aufgaben:
- Gemeinsam mit dem Management-Team definieren Sie die Geschäftsstrategie für den Bereich „New Business“ und entwickeln die Zukunftsprodukte der Stadtwerke Hilden.
- Sie etablieren effiziente Prozesse und sorgen für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktentwicklung, der Vertriebsaktivitäten und der Projektumsetzung.
- Sie steuern die Vertriebsaktivitäten auf Basis definierter KPIs und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ein, um die Ziele zu erreichen.
- Sie führen die Mitarbeiter*innen im Team New Business fachlich und disziplinarisch.
- Im technischen Vertrieb leisten Sie einen direkten Beitrag zum Geschäftserfolg unserer neuen Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
Hierfür bringen Sie mit:
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Innovation wird bei Ihnen groß geschrieben. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb/in der Entwicklung zukunftsorientierter Produkte und Dienstleistungen, idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft.
- Erste Führungserfahrung bringen Sie ebenso mit wie eine ausgeprägte Kunden
- und Marktorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.
- Eine strukturierte Denk
- und Handlungsweise, ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und ein sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Produkten runden Ihr Profil ab.
