**What you can expect from us**:

- A personalized program of 18 to 24 months with selectable rotations in exciting Finance functions such as:

- Controlling
- Accounting & Tax
- Global Treasury
- Rotations to cross functional departments such as Investor Relations, Global Auditing, Procurement or Digital Business Solution are also possible. Your concrete rotation plan will be aligned with you to best meet your interests and preferences.
- Completion of 1-2 rotations abroad in one of our international subsidiaries (e.g. in the US, Poland or Philippines).
- Responsibility for own projects from the beginning.

**What you bring to the job**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/ or other business-focused areas. Applicants from other study fields with a deep interest in Finance are welcome to apply.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent skills in English (C1) and German (B1)
