Position Description QIAGEN’s Digital Business Solutions leads digital transformation along the value chain, ensuring better customer service and customer satisfaction, investing in new businesses & technologies, and building & enhancing digital capabilities. The Data Science & AI Team is the cornerstone of this transformation and is looking for an AI Product Manager. Key responsibilities: - Take ownership of end-to-end data science & AI products and lead dedicated AI squads in collaboration with Business Product Owners. You are the heartbeat to our product teams and key to ensuring product adoption and success - Translate business needs into development requirements for AI-driven solutions while managing implementation and the entire product lifecycle from PoC to scaling. You understand the requirement but at the same time can review the code and guide the development team - Shape AI products based on state-of-the-art technology and contribute with inspiration from regularly conducted tech radars - Collaborate with stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to understand their needs, ideate and validate use cases and derive a valuable product roadmap - Validate and deliver P&L impact by aligning development activities with business objectives Position Requirements - Minimum 3 years' industry experience in product management in the data space, including hands-on implementation in data science & AI - Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics,...) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills complemented by a structured and methodical work approach - Strong expertise in AI and Machine Learning concepts and a talent to convey concepts to business stakeholders - Familiar with agile software development and tools for source control and project management especially Git, JIRA and Azure DevOps What we offer At the heart of QIAGEN are our people who drive our success.
