Position Description
- You play an active role in the annual budgeting process for revenues, costs, and personnel planning
- Take ownership of profitability calculations for new product developments in the R&D department
- Contribute to monthly forecasting by analyzing trends in revenue, cost, and install base metrics
- Help shape strategic decision-making by maintaining and improving reports on QIAGEN’s key growth drivers
- Support the sales controlling team with the preparation of quarterly commission settlements

Position Requirements
- You have successfully completed the first semesters of your Bachelor's or Master's degree - or you're currently in your gap year
- You take initiative, work in a structured and independent manner, and at the same time thrive in a team setting
- Analytical thinking is one of your strengths, and you enjoy diving into new topics while contributing your own ideas
- You're confident using common MS Office tools - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills in both German and English complete your profile
