Summary For the "Central Finance & Controlling" Area we are looking for a "Head of Group Controlling (f/m/d)" at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible. The "Central Finance Organization" is responsible for the Group's internal and external reporting, accounting, the planning process, central Group Controlling, price auditing, the tax department and the Finance Transformation Office. Group Controlling organizes and manages the Group-wide controlling and planning process and is the point of contact for the Chief Financial Officer. The conception, management and implementation of special analyses (e.g. inflation effects) are also part of the areas of responsibility, as is the coordination, standardization and digitalization of the planning and controlling processes within the HENSOLDT Group. Your Tasks- Responsible for the central planning and controlling process of the HENSOLDT Group- Disciplinary superior leadership and motivation of two teams- Leading interdisciplinary teams, controlling processes across organizations, and coordinating assumptions- Preparation of targets for the group and development of measures to achieve the targets, including advising the CFO and developing alternative scenarios, analyses and elaborations in the sense of a critical investor view- Support of group-wide projects to increase efficiency- Preparation of presentations and recommendations for action for the Executive Board as well as preparation of Boards and Committees- Conducting impairment tests for the group, leading group-wide special projects (e.g. inflation analyses), implementing new controlling processes (e.g. ESG) and driving forward digital and efficient processes in the finance organization.
