The main responsibilities include: - Management of the finance and controlling team - Forward planning incl. improved support of the business - Implementation of a metrics culture in support of the business - Processes and digital infrastructure enhancement - Leveraging value in the business - tangible and intangible assets - Financial reporting incl. IFRS, HGB and consolidation - Regulation, compliance, risk analysis - Corporate performance measurement - Cost controlling incl. international aspects like transfer pricing - Culture change towards stronger metrics orientation - Improvement of internal processes to market-leading standards **You fit in with us because...** - you have relevant ( >5 years) prior experience in high-impact finance roles (e.g. Senior Manger Controlling or FP&A acting as sparring partner for executive team), - strong metrics (KPIs) and process orientation, - advanced command of MS Excel, - profound knowledge of national and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS), - can-do, proactive attitude, - experience in building strong finance/admin teams and, - excellent references and fluent English are key requirements and because - you have dynamic, entrepreneurial and analytical mindset - you are willing to shoulder responsibility - you have influencing and winning personality motivating others and promoting the achievement of ambitious goals - you are highly resilient, performing well under pressure - you are demanding as well as supportive approach to staff management - you are not an administrator, but clearly a forward-looking business partner - you fitting in hands-on culture and mentality, i.e. constantly willing to be involved in details and ”to getting things done” **You can look forward to that**: But the real reason why you should come to the SHL Group is: We are not perfect Even with us you will encounter everyday problems.
