Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir Dich ab sofort für den Standort München einen Head of Group Accounting (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung: Du leitest das Group Accounting Team und entwickelst es fachlich weiter
  • Sparringspartner: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CFO zusammen und bringst Dich aktiv als strategischen Berater/Beraterin in finanzielle und strukturelle Entscheidungen ein
  • Zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle: Du bist die zentrale Kontaktperson für unsere internationalen Tochtergesellschaften sowie für externe Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater
  • Aufbau eines zentralen Group Accountings: Du begleitest das Insourcing der Buchhaltung unserer internationalen Tochterunternehmen nach Deutschland und etablierst ein zentrales Konzernrechnungswesen
  • Verantwortung für Konzernabschlüsse: Du erstellst konsolidierte Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und koordinierst die Abschlussprozesse der Tochtergesellschaften
  • Operative Mitwirkung: Du bist auch im operativen Tagesgeschäft aktiv
  • Steuerung der lokalen Abschlüsse: Du stellst sicher, dass die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse unserer Tochtergesellschaften vollständig, korrekt und fristgerecht erstellt werden
  • Integration akquirierter Unternehmen: Du übernimmst die finanzseitige Integration neu erworbener Gesellschaften und stellst eine einheitliche System- und Prozesslandschaft sicher
  • Prozessoptimierung & Automatisierung: Du analysierst und verbesserst bestehende Prozesse im Konzernrechnungswesen, treibst die Digitalisierung voran und sorgst für effiziente Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Systemeinführung & -weiterentwicklung: Du bringst dein Fachwissen aktiv in unser ERP-Projekt (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) ein und begleitest die Einführung unserer neuen Konsolidierungssoftware (Corporate Planning)
  • Mitarbeit an Finance-Projekten & Sonderthemen: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich strategische Finanzprojekte und steuerst bereichsübergreifende Sonderaufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Planung & Controlling: Du wirkst bei der jährlichen Unternehmensplanung mit Fokus auf Kosten- und Ergebnisplanung mit und unterstützt bei strategischen Finance-Initiativen
  • Standardisierung & Wissensaufbau: Du entwickelst konzernweite Accounting-Standards, erstellst Trainingsmaterialien und führst Schulungen für internationale Accounting-Teams durch
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifizierung (Bilanzbuchhalter/in o.ä.)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung/Steuerberatung mit fundierten IFRS- und HGB-Bilanzierungskenntnissen
  • Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, gute ERP-Kenntnisse, Navision und Business Central Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität
  • Selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches und lösungs-/zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Integrität, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
