Für unsere Abteilung Group Controlling and Reporting suchen wir ab sofort einen Head of Group Controlling and Reporting (m/w/d):

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für das Reporting an Geschäftsführung, Aufsichtsgremien und Banken im Rahmen des Konzernberichtswesens (inkl. strategische und operative Planung sowie Forecasts)
  • Divisionsübergreifende Koordination und Steuerung der Konzernplanungs- und Reporting-Prozesse sowie Implementierung effizienter Berichtsstrukturen
  • Regelmäßige Präsentation von Finanzergebnissen, -strategien und Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung
  • Förderung eines modernen Performance Managements auf Konzernebene zur Optimierung der Kosten- und Kapitaleffizienz auf Gruppen-Ebene
  • Beteiligungscontrolling: Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen inklusive der Ermittlung von Kapitalkosten (WACC) und Steuerung des Dividendenprozesses
  • Analyse und Beurteilung von Business Cases, insbesondere im Kontext von M&A-Projekten, Impairment-Tests und Finanzierungsanfragen von Tochtergesellschaften
  • Digitalisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen und Tools zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Datenqualität
  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Group Controlling Teams sowie Sicherstellen einer motivierenden und leistungsorientierten Arbeitsumgebung
  • Aufbau eines Personalkosten-Controllings für den Konzern
  • Aufbau einer Reporting Factory für den Konzern
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreicher Universitätsabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise ergänzt um eine weiterführende Qualifikation (PhD, MBA, CFA etc.)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit konsolidierten GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow und fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Controller (m/w/d) in der Konzernzentrale eines internationalen Unternehmens, in der Unternehmensberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • Führungserfahrung, mindestens 3 Jahre wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) inkl. Unternehmensbewertung sowie in der Integration von erworbenen Unternehmen aus Finanzperspektive wünschenswert
  • Operative Erfahrung in der Implementierung von ganzheitlichen Transformations- und/oder Restrukturierungsprogrammen (Working Capital, Kosteneffizienz, etc.), wünschenswert
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Management Informationssystemen (z.B. SAP-BPC, Tagetik, PowerBI, SAC oder vergleichbare Systeme) sowie MS-Office
  • Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein; erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Strukturiert handelnde Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
