The People & Culture Operations Lead will be a strategic partner for the area leaders and LT member to support the business objective regarding people, culture, values, and organization. Oversee all aspects related to P&C in the operations area and support the business to foster a positive, engaging and performance driving work environment.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and develop the P&C Business Partner team in Operations, fostering high performance, personal growth, and establishing a clear succession plan.
- Ensure integration of people strategy, principles, and business plans into the Operations P&C action plan, actively implementing and reinforcing adherence.
- Provide coaching and support to Operations managers on best practices in performance management, talent management, team development, leadership, and change management.
- Contribute to building business competence, leadership, and a robust talent pipeline. As well as support managers and co-workers in aligning development plans with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Operations Officer. Work with P&C Centers of Excellence to conduct gap analyses and provide business context for co-creating processes, solutions, and tools.

**What you bring**
- Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in HR management
- Extensive knowledge of key P&C processes, showcasing mastery and understanding of their interdependence.
- Profound understanding of the Retail industry, facilitating the alignment of P&C strategies with industry-specific challenges.
- Adept at navigating complex and matrix structures, leveraging experience to drive effective P&C initiatives in diverse organizational environments.
- Very good understanding of change and project management, leading successful HR projects and navigating organizational change.
- Integrative thinking, synthesizing information for holistic solutions, and communicates persuasively with clarity and impact.
- Proficient in empowering and coaching teams, taking on a mediator role when needed, and upholding integrity, honesty, and reliability in interpersonal relations.
- Fluent in English, oral and written and basic understanding of German.
