The People & Culture Business Partner serves as a pivotal link between organizational objectives and the development of its people. This role is instrumental in fostering an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workforce, while driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and contribute directly to the organization's success.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals and drive a culture of executional excellence.
- Provide expert guidance on HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Lead and execute HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to propose data-driven solutions and enhance overall workforce effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic partner in identifying, assessing, and implementing talent solutions that align with business needs.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including process improvements, change management, and team development.

**What You Bring**
- Demonstrated experience in HR practices and principles, preferably in a business partner or similar role.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from HR data and metrics.
- Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including project management responsibilities.
- Business fluency in German and English
