Head of Signature Events

You see yourself as an expert in the field of signature events & tradeshow management and are used to working creatively, conceptually and independently? As Head of Signature Events & Tradeshow Management you will take on a wide range of tasks in an international environment in our Corporate Marketing & Brand Communications department. You will be primarily responsible for the strategic development and management of trade fair appearances and event series for Infineon worldwide. In your new role you will:

- **Drive the strategic development **and provide guidance on a global scale for the Infineon owned signature events and tradeshow appearance
- **Create a strategic overall concept and storyline **for each trade fair and event series including digital appearance embedded in the digital eco-system of Infineon
- Manage and plan events as a **holistic cross-channel communication **approach in close collaboration with all relevant interfaces
- **Establish a clear measurement process **incl. clear KPI setting, analysis formats and reporting tools embedded in the overall communication measurement process
- Be responsible for **further development of spatial event appearance **to ensure a consistent state of the art brand experience globally

You recognize opportunities and push them to their full implementation. You set ambitious goals while keeping the customer in the center of your thoughts. Simultaneously you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation between various stakeholders.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

- A degree in **Marketing, Communications/PR, Event Management, Economics **or similar
- At least **6 years of relevant working experience **in PR or Marketing, preferably from brand comms role in a multi-national company, marketing or PR agency
- Excellent skills in **strategic event conception, topic centric thinking **and **storytelling **as well as in project & event management are essential
- Strong skills **in cross-channel communication **as well as a very good understanding of brand communications
- Proven **ability to work with multiple projects **, different stakeholders and competing deadlines in parallel
- Deep interest and good knowledge of **technological developments, society and industry trends**:

- **Talent to drive new ideas **and challenge existing approaches**:

- **Excellent **interpersonal and intercultural skills **, preferably experience in leadership and global project management**:

- **Fluent in **English and German **, with **good communication and presentation skills**
