Das akribisch geplante Kickoff deines Kunden in der angesagten Industrielocation steht an. Kurzfristig ändern sich die Gegebenheiten vor Ort und es liegt nun an dir, spontan die perfekte Lösung zu finden. Als Head of Sales (m/w/d) bist du die Ansprechperson für unsere Großkunden, planst mit ihnen die Ausstattung von Veranstaltungen und entwickelst unser Vertriebsteam.

**Deine Aufgaben als Head of Sales**:
Du betreust unsere Großkunden und entwickelst unser Vertriebsteam Du bist für die kontinuierliche Entwicklung von Maßnahmen und die Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebs verantwortlich. Das ist nur mit einem klasse Vertriebsteam möglich, daher betreust du die Entwicklung des Teams und bist Ansprechperson für sie in allen Belangen. Du bist ein wahrer Profi in der Kundenbetreuung und berätst die Kunden zu unseren Produkten, Dienstleistungen und USPs. Du pflegst Kontakte und Partnerschaften mit unseren Kunden und Dienstleistungen. Dabei ist auch das wirtschaftliche Handeln dein eigener Anspruch. Daher gehören auch Aufgaben wie die Überwachung und Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen, die Ausarbeitung von strategischen Umsatz
- und Vertriebszielen sowie das Monitoring und Controlling der Vertriebskennzahlen zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.

**Das bringst du mit**:
Du hast eine langjährige Erfahrung in der Veranstaltungsbranche, idealerweise im Großraum München und bist von ihr begeistert Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkaufs
- und Vermietgeschäft sowie in einer leitenden Funktion mit. Du bist ein Profi hinsichtlich Vertriebstools und Kundenbindung, welche dich immer wieder begeistern. Eine offene Persönlichkeit sowie Offenheit für persönliche sowie berufliche Weiterentwicklung zeichnen dich aus.
