Head of Events and Brand Experience

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Strategize, design, plan and deliver world-class brand experiences and customer event interactions from end to end according to business requirements, vehicle logistics, target audiences and strategic objectives.
- Work with the Chief Communications Officer, Chief Sales Officer, the Board of Management, designers, engineers, retailers and brand partners to create the strategy for, and delivery of, industry-leading, flawless brand experiences, designed to support customer brand awareness and consideration, and support sales conversion.
- Create and implement event and launch strategies for the Battista hypercar and future Automobili Pininfarina vehicles, focusing on tailored campaigns to connect with specialist automotive, corporate, financial, luxury, design and technology media.
- Research and stay updated with real and virtual live experience trends to be able to implement activities that ensure maximum brand and product awareness, consideration and emotional connection.
- Ensure full alignment across Digital Marketing, PR and Communication, Brand and Prospect Marketing as well as retailers to ensure consistency of event delivery in line with the Brand and CI guidelines, and key message alignment with earned and owned news milestones.
- Investigate opportunities for vehicle placement outside of online and offline events activity, through product placement in global high-profile TV and films.
- Prepare focused written information and presentations for internal briefings.
- Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors and brand partners as required.
- Analyse activity success and prepare regular reports to ensure continuous improvement.
**About the Opportunity**:
This position is based in either our Cambiano (TO) or Munich office.
**Your Profile**:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
- Proven experience as a leader in Brand / Event Management, global experience desirable
- Experience creating and delivering successful events and experiential activities in the global automotive and/or luxury sector using supplier services in launch markets for Automobili Pininfarina (North America, UK, EU, Middle East and Asia)
- Knowledge of KPIs and evaluation techniques to ensure continuous strategic improvement
- Highly skilled in experience planning, invitation, CRM, and campaign management
- A combination of a highly strategic mindset with a very hands-on and ‘roll-the-sleeves-up’ approach
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interaction with business and technology partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Able to travel internationally as required
- Willingness to work in an environment that requires flexibility and change
- Fluent in English, Italian and German desirable
