Ihre Aufgaben- Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung des Corporate Venturings, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die digitale Ambition- Verantwortung für die Skalierung & Steuerung der bestehenden Ventures- Beratung & Unterstützung der Ventures, Fach
- und Geschäftsbereiche bei der Umsetzung digitaler Geschäftsmodelle sowie zu allen Belangen: Technisch, Rechtlich, Personell, Infrastruktur, etc.- Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Methodik und Prozesse für die Geschäftsmodellentwicklung- Förderung des Unternehmergeists in der TRUMPF Gruppe- Verantwortung für die (digitale) Plattformstrategie- Ausüben von Aufsichtspositionen in bestehenden Ventures- Bereitstellung der technischen und marktseitigen Voraussetzungen für (digitale) Ventures- Sicherstellung Entscheidungsfindung und Unterstützung der Governance Vorbereitung der Gremien (insb. F+E Board, Internehmertum Board, DLS, DIT-Board)- Kommunikation zur Belegschaft- Aufbau und Pflege eines Geschäftmodells-/Digitalen-/Venture-Ökosystems- Sicherstellung des Überführung der Learnings aus den internen Programmen- Durchführung von (digitalen) Venture-Events- Kommunikations
- und Kollaborationsstärke sowie Integrationsfähigkeit

Was wir suchen- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in verantw. Projektleitung (digitaler) Projekte/Produkte- Exzellente fachliche und internationale Erfahrung zu Venture, IoT, Digital und Geschäftsmodelle- Exzellente Beherrschung sowie Aufbau neuer Methodiken, Prozesse und Vorgehensweisen im modernen, agilen Programm-, Projektmanagement sowie zu Geschäftsmodellen- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von (Projekt-)Mitarbeitern und Projektpartnern sowie in der disziplinarischen Führung- Überzeugung und Koordination einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung von Managemententscheidungen
