VF Corporation is looking for a pro-active Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Munich.

Let’s Talk about the Role
As an intern you will join our internal Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team for a period of 12 months on a full-time basis. You will support recruitment activities for the Retail environment in Germany/Austria and the Netherlands across our amazing brands while collaborating on broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will work closely with the recruitment team, being responsible for:
Posting and updating open positions, with a focus on Sales Associates in Retail
Supporting the broader TA team with operational activities
Deliver phone, video, and onsite interviews to identify retail talents
Support ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition (eg. employer branding)
Skills for Success
You are a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in recruiting or talent acquisition.
You are fluent in German and English (mandatory).
If you have prior experience, ideally in HR or Recruiting, that’s great but not necessary.
Interaction with people is critical for this role so you must be capable of communicating in a fast paced and international environment. We will handle together very urgent and critical processes, so it is important that you are a fast learner, with a strong eye for details and ability to multi-task.
You will be able to learn a lot about recruitment and talent acquisition, developing an expertise in different European market.
This internship will prepare you to become a recruiter or to start a career in a different HR area in an international company
You will be working with a fresh, friendly and (often) fun team, with a diverse, experienced professionals, always willing to share knowledge and tips
