Shape the future of pharma by driving top talent into a world-class company. R&D Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a leading pharmaceutical company. This role focuses on providing strategic recruitment support and ensuring effective hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities: Advise hiring managers on optimal recruiting strategies. Assist in creating job descriptions. Manage and brief external recruitment agencies. Provide guidance on leveraging social media channels for recruitment. Plan and organize selection processes, including conducting telephone interviews and shortlisting candidates. Create project-related reports. Onsite presence in Pfaffenhofen is required but not on a full-time basis. Key Skills and Requirements: Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, either at a recruitment agency or within a large international company. Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage, particularly in oncology, cardiology, or pharmaceutical production. Fluent in both German and English. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module is a plus. University degree in human resources or a comparable qualification. For more information, please contact James Inwood.
