Talent Acquisition System Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition System implementation Specialist** **(all genders)** to join our **People Systems team **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- You perform the following tasks 1) understand business requirements, 2) configure ATS, 3) demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, 4) assist the business in testing the configured solution
- You support associated projects end to end; ensure coverage of all facets of testing and successful end-user experience.
- You serve as the Technical SME for our Talent Acquisition technologies and systems.
- You maintain key ATS elements such as processes (workflows), security, and integrations.
- You participate in the ongoing development of the ATS, dedicatedly formulating ideas and recommendations for system improvements
- You help with building reports and dashboards.
- You work on assigned enhancements including collecting requirements, testing new configurations, and deploying them.
- You help with integrating the ATS with other products and services.
- You provide guidance to the Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders on the use of the ATS system.
- You support user queries with the team, develop self-service solutions for users and proactively participate in the People Systems support model.

**Your heroic skills**:

- You have 2-5 years of experience in the field of People Operations and/or Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on configuration and support of Talent Acquisition systems
- Strong configuration and support experience with ATS like SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Workable, etc.
- Experience in working and integrating with other Talent Acquisition systems like GoodTime, Beamery, Phenom, Workable, or others
- You are well-structured in your thinking and have a keen eye for detail in the execution of tasks. You have proven track of managing projects, stakeholders, and vendors
- You are able to work independently, organized and are a fast learner with a proactive working style
- Your presentation skills are advanced and you show strong interest in training
- You are a curious and passionate individual that shows a strong interest in Tools, Data & Compliance, Processes, and Talent Acquisition Systems
