Als
Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d)
bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres People-Teams und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, Top-Talente für unser wachsendes Start-up zu gewinnen. Du begleitest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – von der ersten Ansprache bis zur Vertragsunterschrift – und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unser Team mit den besten Talenten zu erweitern.

  • Du identifizierst passende Kandidat:innen für unsere offenen Rollen – vor allem im Bereich IT Support und Sales – und führst eigenständig Erstgespräche.
  • Du verantwortest das gesamte Bewerbermanagement – von der Sichtung der Unterlagen bis zur Koordination der nächsten Schritte.
  • Du nutzt moderne Active Sourcing-Strategien, durchforstest Plattformen wie LinkedIn & Co. und bringst kreative Ideen für neue Recruiting-Kanäle ein.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit den Hiring Managern triffst du eine fundierte Vorauswahl, führst Interviews und begleitest die Bewerbenden bis zur finalen Entscheidung.
  • Du erstellst ansprechende Stellenanzeigen und platzierst sie auf den passenden Jobportalen.
  • Du bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Tools wie LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio oder anderen ATS mit.
  • Du bleibst am Puls der Zeit: Durch deine Recherche zu Recruiting-Trends findest du neue Impulse zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium in Personalwesen, BWL, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich abgeschlossen.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting, HR oder auch im Vertrieb – zum Beispiel durch Praktika oder Werkstudentenjobs, idealerweise im Start-up-Umfeld – sind ein Plus.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisiert und behältst auch in hektischen Phasen den Überblick.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, offen und fühlst dich wohl im direkten Austausch mit Menschen.
  • Du bist neugierig, probierst gerne Neues aus und hast Lust, Dinge zu gestalten.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau oder besser.
