**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Recherche interner & externer Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Buchung, Koordination, Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Schulungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden
- Unterstützung bei der Vor
- & Nachbereitung von Schulungen für unsere Kunden
- Auswertung der Schulungs-Feedbackbögen
- Pflege unseres Training Management Tools
- Administrative Unterstützung bei der Ausbildungskoordination & Gesundheitsaktionen
- Unterstützung bei Learning & Development Projekten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Bachelor im Bereich Betriebswirtschafslehre, Personalmanagement oder ähnliches
- Erste Berufserfahrungen in einer administrativen, organisatorischen Tätigkeit
- Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit & Serviceorientierung
- Interesse an HR-Themen insbesondere an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Bereitschaft zur stetigen Weiterentwicklung
