Our Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation Services (SEMS) department is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team in support of the newly awarded European Statistical Training Programme (ESTP) contract.

**ESTP Project Assistant (M/F/d)**

**Communication & Correspondence**
- Manage the ESTP mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Send admission and non-admission letters to applicants.

**Participant & Consent Management**
- Collect confirmations regarding data consent and consent for photographs.
- Maintain accurate participant records and ensure all necessary consents are obtained.

**Event & Training Logistics**
- Book meeting rooms as required.
- Prepare the agenda, presence list, and any additional materials needed.
- Prepare training materials: distribute materials to participants, upload them to the designated platform, and prepare binders with printed copies.
- If necessary, collect and format PowerPoint presentations.

**On-site Support**
- Provide general support at the training location, including key handover, room preparation, and welcoming and registering participants.

**A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US**:

- You have completed a professional training as office-management assistant, foreign language secretary or similar
- You have sound user knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Knowledge of tools, such as Adobe Illustratror or In-Design would be an asset
- Previous experience as a project assistant or coordinator in a multicultural environment is an advantage
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of German will be a very strong asset)
- You are a team player who likes to work with a variety of people, and you show a high level of service-orientation
- You like to multitask and you are open to new things
- Previous experience in an international environment would be an asset
