Discover your exciting role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (OFCI/OSM) to support our high-tech data centre project in Frankfurt. In this role, you will manage the coordination of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment and Off-Site Manufacturing (OSM) activities, ensuring seamless integration into the overall construction process.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Ensure, Exyte EHS rules are being followed during OFCI installation and OSM
  • Coordinate and track all OFCI components from procurement to on-site delivery and installation
  • Liaise with suppliers, project teams, and site management to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Plan and oversee OSM activities, including weekly reports, photo documentation, production schedules, logistics, and quality assurance and quality control (QAQC)
  • Maintain delivery schedules, documentation, and status reports
  • Participate in project and site meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Support the achievement of project milestones, timelines, and quality standards
  • Permanent presence during OSM activities at manufacturing facility required

Show Your Expertise

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination, ideally within data centre or industrial construction projects
  • Familiarity with OFCI and OSM processes and a solid understanding of MEP systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
