**Your role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented protein analytics specialist to join our team in Healthcare R&D. In this position, you will play a central role in supporting our mass spectrometry laboratory by conducting experiments, analyzing protein samples (mAbs and ADCs), and contributing to the development of innovative analytical techniques. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing protein samples using state-of-the-art mass spectrometry techniques, as well as conducting routine maintenance and calibration of mass spectrometry equipment. You will develop and optimize analytical methods for protein characterization and collaborate with scientists from adjacent disciplines to interpret data and generate reports. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of experiments and results in compliance with laboratory protocols and ensure a safe and organized laboratory environment.
**Who you are**:
- +2 years experience in MS
- Experience with mass spectrometry and protein analysis techniques.
- Experience with HPLC
- Experience with liquid handling systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ideally industrial experience in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
