**Your Role**:
As Data & Analytics Lead, you will hold a key role in building and leading the global D&A strategy for our rapidly growing Life Science Service Unit (LSS).

Your key responsibility will be the strategic management of our Data Lake enhancement as well as the maturation of our analytics capabilities to address cross-functional business challenges. You will actively lead D&A programs in strong alignment with senior leadership as well as various stakeholders and partners within our Digital Community. Your key objectives will include establishing, managing, and implementing a pipeline of D&A use cases, dashboard requests and digitalization projects.

Besides orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, driving data-driven innovation will also be part of your valuable contributions. As key contact for D&A topics you will be able to build a strong network and contribute to a collaborative team spirit, which will help you to leverage synergies and to provide expert guidance to our LSS Community.

**Who You Are**:

- Degree in Business and/or Science (min. Bachelor with major in e.g. business informatics, data/computer science, pharma/biotech or similar)
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, software development or similar (ideally in Tech or Life Science industry) incl. usage of related tools / technologies (e.g. Python, Spark, SQL)
- Experience in data visualization via Tableau or willingness to learn
- Strong (cross-functional) project mgmt. and implementation skills with ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a global and agile corporate environment
- Ability to develop and drive a D&A strategy tailored to the Biopharma / Life Science Business environment
- Strong communication and teamworking skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
- Level of business acumen enabling you to address business needs with suitable D&A solutions
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
