**Your role**:Our Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) is focused on becoming a customer-centric organization, emphasizing the highest standards in safety, quality, service, cost, inventories, and talent. The ISCO Excellence team aims to enhance continuous improvement, impacting agility, reliability, yield, and productivity across the organization.
As Sr. Expert ISCO Excellence Analytics, you design and implement advanced analytical capabilities, develop innovative tools to identify performance improvement opportunities, and manage analytics projects. Your work involves guiding stakeholders through the analytics process, leveraging advanced analytics and a deep understanding of manufacturing and operational excellence to maximize impact.
Possible locations: Darmstadt (GER), Buchs (CH), USA
**Who you are**:
- Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations using statistical methods
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools for impactful communication of insights (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
- Practical experience in end-to-end manufacturing and operational excellence
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes and relevant performance metrics
- Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologies
- Proven ability to lead (analytics) projects from concept to implementation, combining strategic thinking with orchestration and execution skills
- Good presentation skills as well as experience in solution lifecycle management and end-user training
