**The role**
We are looking for a start-up experienced, hands-on Marketing Executive to build out and scale the Growth Marketing team and blueprint at Moss. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for devising and putting in motion growth marketing strategies to support our growth in a CAC-efficient manner. Collaborating closely with our Head of Brand and Creative Studio, you and your team will fully own the e2e marketing strategy and its execution.
**Responsibilities**
- Own our overall growth marketing strategy and agenda
- Leverage data analytics to constantly optimise initiatives and budget allocation between channels
- Develop, test and iterate campaigns and channels, including performance marketing (Google Ads, Display, Linkedin Ads), paid media, affiliates, SEO, events, etc., to generate qualified leads;
- Rigorously track and analyse marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.)
- Own business results and outcomes from marketing and be a close thought-partner of our CRO
- Co-own the Marketing techstack (identify and build out required MarTech solutions and dashboards)
- Lead, coach and inspire the growth marketing team in their daily business
- Closely collaborate with the creative studio on assett and content creation
**Experience and Skills needed**
- Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
- 10+ years of experience in building and executing effective multi-channel marketing strategies
- Experienced in growing and scaling a Growth Marketing team, preferably in the SMB SaaS space
- Excellent people leadership and communication skills
- You are a hands-on person and enjoy working independently to get things done
- You are proficient with key analytics, reporting and MarTech tools
