Our Client is an innovative company and is currently looking to expand its team in Berlin.
You will have opportunity to work with different departments and stakeholders on developing and implementing new business processes. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of all operational processes.
Working with a strong professional team, you will have the chance to also work directly with the CEO of the company and bring strong value to their commercial strategy.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Prioritize projects, processes, resources, and capabilities
- Define, develop, implement, and keep track of business processes
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure quality of procedures
- Work with different business departments
- Track accuracy of regulations needed on key processes
To be a good fit for the Head of Operations role you will have:
- 3-6 years of experience in a cross-departmental role
- Problem-solving attitude and critical thinking
- Experience in supply chain, fintech, administrative, energy is a plus
Keys To Success:
- Work from office in Berlin, in time can be hybrid working mode
- Business fluent English, German can be a plus
