Das (Multi-)Family Office, bestehend aus der P&P Group und Rivus Capital, ist Investor und Investorenplattform mit Standorten in München, Nürnberg, Berlin und London. Die Gruppe ist in drei Assetklassen aktiv: Real Estate, Venture Capital und Private Equity. Die 30-jährige Expertise im deutschen Immobilienmarkt bildet das Fundament und Netzwerk für den kürzlich erfolgten Markteintritt in United Kingdom und für den Aufbau einer Plattform im Real Estate Segment „Light Industrial UK“. Im Bereich Corporate Investment liegt der Fokus auf „Urban Tech“ und ESG. Die Gruppe investiert mit eigenem Kapital und plant zunehmend Investorengelder aufzunehmen.

**Head of Investor Relations (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung und Management der gruppenweiten Investor-Relations
- Aktivitäten
- Aktive Kapitalbeschaffung für die Anlageklassen Real Estate (UK), Venture Capital (DE & UK) und Private Equity (DE)
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Investorennetzwerkes in Deutschland mit Fokus auf Family Offices, HNWIs und Unternehmern
- Repräsentation der Gruppe gegenüber Dritten (u. a. Anlegergespräche und Investorenveranstaltungen)
- Mitwirkung bei der Produkteinführung (z. B. Erstellung von Broschüren) und in der externen Kommunikation
- Erstellung und Verantwortung von Corporate News, Ad-hoc-Mitteilungen, Newsletter, Directors‘ Dealings etc.
- Organisation und Durchführung von Roadshows, Investorenmeetings und Veranstaltungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungspersonal der Plattformen bzw. Anlageklassen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Investor Relations für Real Estate und/oder Private Equity
- Großes Netzwerk in Deutschland mit Family Offices & HNWIs
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
- Reisebereitschaft (Deutschland/UK, ca. 40 %)
