We are on the lookout for a** **Director, Investor Relations (all genders)** **to join the Investor Relations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Investor Relations is the pivotal link between our company and the investment community, fostering transparency, building enduring relationships, and driving value creation through clear communication and strategic insights. Our mission is to provide timely and accurate information, engage in open and meaningful communication and deliver superior customer service to empower our stakeholders to make informed investment decisions.

Through constant engagement with the investment community, we deliver valuable capital market feedback to Delivery Hero’s management useful for decision-making.

- You will represent Delivery Hero in all external communication with investors and analysts as a trustworthy and reliable capital market participant
- You will continue to build relations with equity and debt investors globally, sell-side analysts, and stock exchange representatives and share the Delivery Hero equity story to the financial community
- You will develop capital market communication material including quarterly results presentations, annual reports, speeches and regulatory filings
- You will closely work with other departments around internal and external communications and have significant exposure to the global senior management
- You will be responsible for the communication around events which influence the company’s financial position, such as new product releases, acquisitions, major investments or senior executive appointments
- You will provide market feedback to our executives and brief them before interviews and conference calls with investors and analysts
- You will drive forward our investor communication regarding ESG-related topics
- You will conduct research aimed towards the attitudes of investors, analysts, regulators and financial journalists
- You will continuously develop Delivery Hero's equity story together with the Head of Investor Relations.

**Qualifications**
- Strong academic background in Finance or Economics
- You have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in investor relations, sell-side equity research or investment banking
- You are fluent in German and English in written and spoken
- Your business acumen is excellent with outstanding analytical, financial modeling and valuation skills, including strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- You have excellent planning, organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and strive for continuous improvement
- You have already demonstrated your project management skills by actively participating in the preparation of the annual report and the organisation of the Annual General Meeting or Capital Markets Day.
- You can communicate fearlessly to build trust across the organisation and have the proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- You have a strong understanding of capital markets and its legal regulations
- You are agile and have a flexible entrepreneurial mindset that fits the company culture
- You are comfortable with a dynamic and high pressure, entrepreneurial environment
