BESTSECRET, a dynamic private equity-owned company, is seeking a VP/Director of Investor Relations & Strategic Transactions (all genders) as this role is critical for managing our relationships with investors, banks, rating agencies, and potential acquirers. Currently focused on credit relations and bondholder communications, the position will evolve as BESTSECRET explores future opportunities, including a potential IPO or further private equity investment, as well as strategic M&A processes.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with capital market regulations, coordinating financial reporting and disclosure obligations.
- Develop and manage communications for investors, including pitches, announcements, presentations, and materials for investor events.
- Serve as the main contact for bondholders, investors, banks, and financial partners, fostering trusted relationships.
- Provide analysis on capital market trends and collaborate closely with executive leadership to refine our credit and equity strategies.
- Implement an investor relations CRM and maintain the investor relations section of the website, ensuring transparent and accessible communication.
- Lead the investor relations team and budget, setting strategic goals and allocating resources effectively.
- Prepare and lead transaction processes, including investor and bank outreach and coordination of sales processes and M&A activities.
- Develop and implement an M&A strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, including identifying potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.
- If applicable, lead IPO preparation, including investor relations strategy, market positioning, and alignment with public market standards.

**Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or finance, ideally with experience in credit relations, bondholder communication, and/or M&A transactions; IPO experience is a plus.
- Strong financial analysis and communication skills, a deep understanding of capital markets, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A strategic mindset, leadership abilities, and the talent to simplify complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience in engaging with investors and banks, as well as handling sales processes and M&A strategies.
- Experience working with international investors and a broad spectrum of financial partners is a plus.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally, German language knowledge is a plus.
