**Responsibilities**
- Working with our VIP customers;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints providing the best customer experience;
- Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues and identify trending problems;
- Report bugs to the technical team.

**Requirements**:

- German (C2) and English (B2) are mandatory;
- 3+ years of relevant lead experience working as customer success / VIP customer support;
- Understanding of basic unit economics like retention/ltv.
