Specialist, Vendor Lifecycle Product Operations

We are looking for a** **Specialist, Partner Lifecycle Prodcut Operations (f/m/d)** to join the Logistics Product Operations team in Berlin helping us to automate operational and technical aspects of our partner onboarding, improving early-stage performance and ensuring that learnings are generated when partners leave our platform.

The Logistics Product Operations team at Delivery Hero builds the foundation for excellence and partnership with our 45+ entities worldwide (regional/local) by reinforcing product strategy and operational improvement with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, and reporting.

**Your mission**:

- Support & Own: global initiatives to optimize partner lifecycle operations within a defined spectrum around innovation, experience, speed, performance, cost, waste and sustainability.
- Drive: improvements/feature rollouts across our regions and provide data-driven insights on impact and progress
- Create: knowledge of what's happening in our markets and with competitors and drive innovative approaches to improve operations and experience
- Execute: on cross-functional projects and engage with different stakeholders across the organization from product and tech over sales, marketing and contact centres.

**Your heroic skills**:

- You gained at least 2+ years of professional experience in product operations or operations management in a tech company (internships not counted).
- Basic SQL skills with the ability to write queries
- You have a degree in engineering, operations, business or similar
- You are a strong team player in physical and virtual teams
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken

**Nice to have**:

- Intermediate SQL knowledge
- Background in the delivery industry
