We are looking for a Regional Vendor Operations Specialist to join our European business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin, Germany (HQ). Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.
**What You'll Do**:
- Plan and execute high impact projects targeted at improving the vendor experience
- Study processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into data, to building a business case, aligning stakeholders, testing ideas, executing and measuring results
- Collaborate with operations, product/ engineering, commercial, and other teams to understand and solve vendor issues
- Achieve operations outcomes and deliver program with significant business impact and be the 'go to person' for many key initiatives within Central Ops
- Serve as a ‘PMO’ for several cross functional projects
**What You'll Need**:
- Business Acumen: Understands direct and inverse relationships between key business metrics and is able to interpret metrics and financial data
- Stakeholder Management: Establishes productive working relationships with immediate working team through to senior leadership
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, generate solutions, and recommend solutions and trade-offs
- Project Management: Able to scope projects, manage multiple, active workstreams, and meet deadline
- Communication: Communicates clear and concise thoughts, both verbally and written, and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- A passion for process and optimization: driven about the opportunities to create new processes and implement them across the support organization in a consistent and organized manner
- A penchant for data-driven and analytical approach: You can look at spreadsheets and know the right questions to ask to get to outputs, and you know how to explain data in a digestible way
**Requirements**:
- At-least a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (engineering, operations management, economics, etc.,)
- 3+ years of prior professional experience with process optimisation, program management, and delivery
- Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion vendor needs
