CBRN Plans Specialist
**The Opportunity**:
As an expert in defense missions, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As a CBRN Plans Specialist, you’ll serve as the CBRN lead for the development, coordination, and publication of the Army client’s contingency plan annexes and collaborate with thought leaders on all matters pertaining to requirements of the minimum mission essential wartime requirements for CBRN capabilities. You’ll provide CBRN input to future force posture planning efforts and coordinate with the client and partner military forces to synchronize planning efforts. You’ll use your skills as you support interoperability efforts from a plans and posture perspective. You’ll conduct planning for non-traditional military missions to provide International CBRN Response options. You’ll review regulations issued by higher headquarters and determine the impact on the CBRN Branch programs and functions.

**You Have**:

- 3+ years of experience conducting detailed analyses on CBRN issues, situations, and problems, and developing proposed courses of action to address them
- 3+ years of experience conducting CBRN planning with allied and partner nations
- Knowledge of operational plans, operational orders, processes, techniques, and defense methodologies for incidents involving CBRN defense and response
- Knowledge of CBRN unit capabilities, and CBRN consequence management or contamination mitigation operations
- Knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of an Army HQ and CBRN units
- Ability to adapt analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of the Chemical Force structure or organizational productivity
- Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
