**Your role**:
As a leader in this role, you and your team are responsible for high quality execution of the entire transportation process, from importing product to the delivery to our semiconductor customers in Europe. You establish new KPIs and use existing ones to drive improvement within your team in an effective and target driven manner. You are able to interface directly with manufacturing plants, distribution centers and third-party warehouse personnel in coordinating inbound as well as outbound shipments. You ensure direction is followed and that all shipments follow ADR, IMDG, IATA and CTPAT requirements including countries with documented, licensable products.

You function as the Supply Chain point of contact for Customer Service, Material Planners, Supply Chain Business Managers or Sales to process requests to expedite or change shipments.

As a process improvement expert you work purposefully to reach our customer´s needs. You use proven practices to solve problems, optimize our supply chain network, processes and systems

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or similar an a minimum of 3-5 years logistics or international trade experience are vital.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation management processes in an ERP system is essential (SAP experience in Sales & Distribution modules is preferred).
- Working knowledge with customs regulations and Incoterms.
- Certification in dangerous good regulations: ADR / IMDG / IATA / DG is preferred.
- You have a collaborative, customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
- Additionally your should have a structured, methodical and independent work style and you are reflective about your own work
- A certain proficiency in MS Applications and fluency in English is required. Germany language knowledge is a plus
