**Your role**:

- An exciting role has opened in our Diagnostics & Regulated Materials Business Franchise team. We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing individual who will be leading one of the two Product Management Operations Sub Teams as Product Management Operations Team Lead and report directly to the Head of Product Management Operations Diagnostics & Regulated Materials.
- The team has global responsibility for E2E life cycle management and product line support of assigned product portfolios and closely partners with internal stakeholders and interfaces (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Reg Affairs and R&D) in day-to-day and project setups to drive strategic initiatives and implementation of structural and operational improvements to contribute to the realization of financial targets.
- Furthermore, main objectives are ensuring delivery speed, product availability, cost effectiveness and the management of the products & marketing operations. Operative tasks involve controlling of costs, product introduction, product maintenance, quality management, ensuring regulatory requirements and improving operational excellence on internal processes.
- As a leader you manage, motivate, and develop people and build a high-performance team through continuous coaching, empowerment, and value driven leadership.
- This position can be based in Darmstadt, Germany or USA.

**Who you are**:

- Degree in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent degree in economics
- Excellent process skills & in depth cross functional understanding for roles in Product Management, Production, Supply Chain, QC, Reg Affairs, Customer Service, Global Procurement, EQ, R&D, Franchises required
- Good understanding of system landscape (SAP, Accolade, MDGM, Trackwise, AERA, SFDC)
- Strong customer orientation (both internal and external)
- Proven track record of managing complex projects including stakeholder management in a matrix environment
- At least 3y experience in managing projects and/or teams in a matrix organization, demonstrating good understanding of management of interfaces
- Proven ability to integrate and get buy in from all functions involved in a process for process improvement measures & thereby drive structural change
- Fluency in English
