Your area of responsibility:
- You are responsible for definition, implementation and measurement of the global LEAN transformation strategy to improve PMG's performance
- Identification and implementation of digitalization tools related to Operation (e.g. MAPEX - MES) are also in your responsibility
- You define, roll out & assure implementation of LEAN principles (5S, TPM, 6-Sigma, Shop floor Mgmt..) within the PMG Group. Assure the associated “savings” with the LEAN activities
- Establish a global LEAN organization including all PMG facilities, make sure that lessons learned are shared and synergies are used
- Train and coach employees from all levels to increase the knowledge and awareness of LEAN
- Conduct audits on a frequent basis to measure the progress of the LEAN transformation
- As well you identify and implement digital solutions wherever it is beneficial for PMG
- You support the global Manufacturing Executive System roll out within PMG Group
- Define, implement and monitor the monthly Operational KPIs of the whole Group
- Coordination of annual saving measures
- Implement deep understanding of lead time reductions and elimination of waste in whole value chains
Your profile:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Lean Management or in Mechanical Engineering or
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Equivalent Education/Experience
- Specialization in Lean Management methods and coaching and training skills
- At least 10 years of Automotive industry-related experience including three years in upper management
- Highly preferred: Experienced in metal production processes and complex processes flows
- Main requested skills are in the areas of: a deep understanding of operations, the whole supply chain is mandatory and as well as Engineering & Quality
- You are well-versed in dealing with IT systems (MS Office, SAP)
