Ihre Aufgaben Als Associate Partner mit dem Fokusthema Order-to-Cash stehen Sie für das Thema innerhalb des Unternehmens und entwickeln diesen Bereich signifikant weiter. Sie sind intimer Kenner des End-to-End-Prozesses von der Auftragsabwicklung bis zur Rechnungsstellung und kennen das Effizienzpotenzial und die Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten, die in vielen Unternehmen noch brach liegen. Hier setzen Sie methodisch an und gehen als Trusted Advisor in die Interaktion mit Ihren Kunden. Sie agieren als unternehmerischer Gestalter mit entsprechender Budget-Verantwortung, und sind integraler Bestandteil des Management-Teams. Den Auf - und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen sehen Sie als Ihre Aufgabe und haben Spaß daran. Zudem agieren Sie leitend in strategischen komplexen Projekten und sind in den Leitungsgremien vertreten. Zum Ausbau Ihres Bereichs zählt auch die aktive Rekrutierung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern, die Sie gerne treiben. Verbindlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität zeigt sich in allen Aspekten Ihres Handelns, sowohl intern als auch extern. Ihre Qualifikationen - Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Wissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens oder eine äquivalente Qualifikation. - Sie haben 8+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, v.a. im Order-to-Cash-Prozess (SAP SD) und haben sowohl umfassendes prozessuales als auch technisches Know-how. - Sie haben einen Großteil Ihres beruflichen Lebens in der Beratung verbracht und können auf viele erfolgreiche Kundenprojekte und tragfähige Kundenbeziehungen zurückgreifen. - Projekte steuern Sie souverän und können dabei auf methodische Ansätze (SAP Activate, SCRUM, PMP etc.) zurückgreifen Ihre persönlichen Stärken - Sie besitzen eine positive und überzeugende Art und führen mit Beispiel. - Sie leben das Berater-Gen und ziehen Ihre Teammitglieder entsprechend mit. - Sie kommunizieren souverän und bewegen sich selbstbewusst auch auf C-Level. - Reisen für Ihre Kunden ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
