**Responsibilities**:

- Develop concepts and processes to steer the implentation across the entire EMEA region, implentation includes communication, enablement and measurement of success
- To utilise data to consciously monitor, evaluate, and improve TA&A initiatives, measure impact before and after interventions to ensure continuous improvement
- Responsibility for programs, budget and for managing internal and external clients, vendors and trainers
- Collaborate closely with other HR colleagues in EMEA and in Global HR
- Reviewing and improving out talent attraction and acquisition process

Your qualification
- Bachelor/master’s degree in relevant field, HR Business Administration
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of Talent Acquisition in a large multinational company or as a consultant for international clients
- Proven track record of developing and successfully implanting state of the art TA&A concepts in a leading organisation, e.g process improvements, harmonization or employer branding initiatives
- Experience in managing projects including the people side of change considering cultural differences
