We seek to hire a highly motivated and dedicated (Senior) Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. This role is open for the following locations: Hamburg, Munich, Göttingen, Abingdon, Macclesfield, Orth/Donau, Lyon, Toulouse, and Verona.

We designed our Global Talent Acquisition delivery model to serve the business strategically and effectively with a functions-based approach. Our (Senior) Specialists in Global Talent Acquisition specialize in certain functions and work across all Evotec locations globally within their area of expertise.

What you’ll do:
- Screen, assess, interview, and build professional relationships with talent communities.-
- Advice, manage expectations and challenge the hiring managers’ community most professionally to achieve our common goals.- Display confidence to work with metrics and reporting to establish recruitment updates and insight to ensure hiring is working effectively and can demonstrate successes vs. areas of focus.- Generate and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the enhancement of hiring processes, implementing changes and new procedures, and promoting the fine-tuning of standard methods for talent acquisition.

What we are looking for:
- Passion for talent acquisition with an extensive track record and experience with talent acquisition in complex working environments- Expert understanding of talent networks and recruitment landscapes across different countries and regions- Experience in sourcing and recruiting niche and specialist capabilities across countries in EMEA-
- Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
