We seek to hire a highly motivated and dedicated (Senior) Global Talent Scout (f/m/d) to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. This role is open for the following locations: Hamburg, Munich, Göttingen, Abingdon, Macclesfield, Orth/Donau, Lyon, Toulouse, and Verona.

We designed our Global Talent Acquisition delivery model to serve the business strategically and effectively with a functions-based approach. The Global Talent Scouting Team focuses on the direct search for niche, hard-to-fill, and Senior Management roles at Evotec on a Global Level. The Talent Scouts specialize in Business and Science related roles.

What you’ll do:
- Own and drive talent research and sourcing efforts across various specialized skill sets globally.- Manage talent sourcing and scouting projects most efficiently and professionally.- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external organizations as an opportunity to build brand awareness and engage in the talent communities to attract and identify diverse talent pipelines- Create and develop your brand to be recognized as an Evotec Talent Scout in the suitable marketplace(s).- Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our networking activities across the Global Talent Acquisition Team.

What we are looking for:- Good understanding of diversity sourcing initiatives utilizing a diverse sourcing plan and tools- (Deep) knowledge of sourcing channels, methodologies, and emerging trends and techniques in talent attraction and acquisition- Strong Consulting skills and demonstrated ability to influence- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills at all internal and external levels.- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with mínimal direction.- Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
