Product Change Notification Coordinator

What you will do
- Initiate and follow-up the product/process change process (PCN) within the Nexperia Business Group
- PCN related Customer Support under consideration of customer specific requirements (directly with the customer or via sales team)
- Oversee PCN samples including demand forecasting for the future PCNs
- PCN project support and review of the PCN notification with PCN owners
- Participation in PCN process improvement projects (e.g. Version Control, PCN speed-up, etc.)
- Ensure follow-up of PCNs at the customer side and internally initiation/follow up of actions needed to approve pending PCNs as well as prioritization of critical PCNs
- Participate on external calls with the customers (arranged by Sales Quality) and internal calls with the Account Managers / Sales Quality
- Leading the implementation meetings (PCI), preparing the PCI-documentation based on customer’s approval status and the agreements within the PCN team (project & product manager, logistic, quality), ensure smooth execution of the changes in Product Lifecycle Management Tool Enovia
What you will need
- Middle Technical School or Bachelor in Engineering or relevant field
- Knowledge about semiconductor components
- Good knowledge about quality standards in automotive and non-automotive domain
- Proven experience and skills with MS Office and Data Management tools
- Planning and organizational skills
- Creativity and assertiveness
- Very good communication skills
- High quality awareness
