**Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst die Kontrolle und Pflege der importbezogenen Dokumentation zwischen der Lieferung, Dienstleistung und dem Warenempfang
- Du behältst die Lagerbestände im Blick und führst regelmäßige Abgleiche der physischen Bestände mit den Webportal-Beständen durch
- Du führst den täglichen Versand-Lieferungsprozess durch und bearbeitest palettenbezogene Transaktionen gemäß den Kund:innenanforderungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus dem Sales-Bereich zusammen, um Einkaufs
- und Transportaufträge zu erstellen und anzupassen

**Wir suchen**:

- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit (z.B. im Groß- und Außenhandel, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik und oder im Lebensmittelumfeld)
- Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch und Deutsch (Level B2)
- Idealerweise hast du bereits praktische Erfahrung im Dienstleistungsbereich, Product Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Dich zeichnet eine Hands-on Mentalität sowie eine proaktive Arbeitsweise aus
