Within our Scent Business Unit, we create scent solutions for our customers with the aim to awaken the extraordinary senses and touch the lives of consumers every day. We are looking for a **Business Coordinator** M/F/d to take care of our global customer Beiersdorf.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordination of Global Supply Chain- Maintenance of global fragrance portfolio in SAP
- Implementation of price changes in SAP
- Manage communication with customer regarding deliveries in case of issues in partnership with customer service
- Manage IFF internal communication globally with regional sales teams and customer service of IFF locations serving Beiersdorf
- Tracking IFF’s delivery performance to Beiersdorf globally (key KPI with customer) Global Pricing Execution
- Management of global price list with BDF HQ
- Management of regional price lists with IFF locations globally
- Management of customer specific pricing related topics General Account Team Assistance
- Deadline Management
- Feeding Account Management Files to keep track of activity Project Management Support
- Coordination of sending product bases from Hamburg to IFF’s Creative Centers
- Coordination of project benchmarks globally
- Support in preparation of commercial offers
- GRA support, especially for adoption of fragrances into customer portfolio Management of Oil Sampling Requests
- Make sure, Beiersdorf receives oil samples on time by coordinating with relevant IFF depts

**Required Experience**:

- Apprenticeship preferably in in Industrial Management
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience as Sales Assistance in the Fragrance Industry
