**Company Description**

DNV MEDCERT is an accredited Certification Body for ISO 13485, a recognized auditing organization under MDSAP and an approved Notified Body for Medical Devices Regulation 2017/745. We provide global market access by certifying the safety and quality of products and systems to international safety and quality standards and regulations. We are looking for a **Project Coordinator Medical Certification** to join DNV MEDCERT in Hamburg, Germany. The coordinator will be part of the Finance & Planning team and will report to the Finance & Planning Manager.

**Key tasks of the Project Coordinator**:

- Planning and forecasting of certification activities, such as e.g. Audits, Technical Documentation or Change Note Assessments based on the requirements set by our QM system
- Managing and continuously updating necessary Client data for Certification purposes
- Coordination and involvement of External Auditors and Experts
- Special projects and operations (to be specified by the Operational Manager)

**About you**:

- A completed technical degree or any life science background
- Professional experience in a coordination job, ideally in the area of medical technology and/or any ISO certification scheme.
- Ability and interest to work within IT production and document management systems
- Problem - solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Any auditing experience is an advantage.
- Good Language skills in German and English
