Senior Director, Executive Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a **Senior Director, Executive Talent Acquisition** to join the **People & Culture team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The Executive Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting and selecting senior top talent into Delivery Hero and its global brand subsidiaries so we can deliver our company mission. The role will play an active role in shaping the overall TA strategy and Community and partner closely with the People Partners and Business leaders to deliver the Talent agenda.

**Your mission**:

- Define the strategy and lead the execution for Senior Director+ hiring across the global organization;
- Lead a team of experienced recruiters by providing them with direction, tools, KPI’s and guidance on their path to success. Build the global Exec TA Community and capability, nurturing a culture of collaboration between the entities
- Lead DEI initiatives for leadership hiring to ensure we are building diverse and inclusive leadership teams;
- Partner and collaborate with the other Talent Acquisition, People Partner & Total Reward teams of our global brands, as well as business leadership to deliver the senior hiring demand and contribute to succession planning.
- Use a deep understanding of Delivery hero and its subsidiaries organization, business model, strategy along with a data led approach and external market knowledge to positively influence hiring plans.

**Your Heroic Skills**:

- At least 15 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition space, as part of an executive search firm or in-house executive recruiting team.
- Proven people and strategic leadership experience, in high growth, complex global companies.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing including C level across the globe and organization.
- Deep expertise in the external market and building market intelligence, knowledge management and providing solid insights related to senior leadership hiring.
- Experience in partnering with the business and People Partners on succession planning.
- Knowledge of executive recruitment best practices, innovative trends and senior talent landscape.
- Research and data driven mindset.
- Business acumen.
