**Your challenge**:
As our Director of Talent Acquisition leading the Talent Acquisition team, you'll have the freedom to work from home or our modern office. You'll be responsible for achieving our recruitment targets and continuously adapt the Talent Acquisition setup as Taxfix grows internationally. Reporting to our Chief People Officer and collaborating with our VP of Business Partner, Director of People Strategy, Projects, Insights & Analytics, Head of Internal Operations, Head of Talent Development & People Operations Lead you'll enabling sustainable growth through human centric processes and people products that delight and empower our people through every stage of their journey.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead a talent acquisition organization that includes full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, analytics, operations and employer brand.
- Build a progressive talent strategy and roadmap, partnering closely across senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Create a thoughtful, clear metrics-driven approach that tracks, monitors, and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of all programs and initiatives.
- Build, advocate for, and foster diversity, equity and inclusion best practices in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the adoption of equitable and inclusive hiring practices across the company.
- Direct and evolve Taxfix's talent acquisition strategy and infrastructure across recruiting, sourcing, operations, and employer branding.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team of Team Leads to provide a high level of support in their growth.
- Evaluate, implement and maintain processes, tools, and systems needed to scale and support achieving recruitment goals anticipating constraints.
- Develop programs and training initiatives to strengthen interviewing skills and align on recruiting best practices within the Talent Acquisition team and with hiring managers, interviewers and the company as a whole
- In Partnership with the People team, build and operationalize talent processes and programs such as mobility and referral programs, compliance, and compensation.
- Become an expert in the Taxfix story and cultural values to accurately market and promote our talent brand internationally.
**Your profile**:
- 7+ years of experience leading and empowering talent organizations with an emphasis on building high performing teams and inclusive cultures.
- Experience building a global recruiting infrastructure, including processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship building across all levels and functions.
- Proven success in delivering consistent results under time pressures while managing multiple priorities & stakeholders.
- Experience driving efficiency and delivering on measurable impact through data.
- Known for creating best in class global processes that allow teams to execute successfully.
- Ability to think strategically as well as commercially and derive management decisions that impact P&L positively.
