WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be in charge of reception and keeping the office in order for colleagues and guests to provide a pleasant work environment. Various administrative tasks make this role diversified and people oriented, on 5 days a week in the morning hours.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Reviewing and distributing incoming mail
- Responsibility for outgoing mail and courier shipments
- Ordering office supplies, including fruits, snacks & drinks for the colleague lounge
- Archiving management
- Travel expense accounting
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing conference rooms and organizing catering for participants during meetings
- Visitor management
- Supporting the Office Manager with projects

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Excellent language skills in English and German
- Experience in a similarly broad administrative role in an international environment
- Service-oriented and open-minded personality
- Solution-oriented and meticulous working style
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High standards for one's own work results
- Good knowledge of MS Office
