Kickstart Your Career in Real Estate Investment

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of real estate? Join our Investment Management (Real Estate) team in Munich as our next Intern / Working Student for a 12-month fixed-term contract

Your role:
- Assist Investment Managers with preparing screening papers, underwritings, and investment committee documents.- Help create management reports and review external performance monitoring.- Participate in property valuations and annual business planning, including financial modeling.- Support lease negotiations and ESG strategy implementation.- Coordinate with external partners (property managers, consultants, agents) and join site visits

You'll need to have:
- You’re currently enrolled in Real Estate Economics or a related technical field.- You have a solid understanding of real estate economics (internship experience is a plus).- You’re organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.- You have strong computer skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).- You’re fluent in both English and German.- You’re a team player with great communication skills and a passion for real estate.
